WHO WILL BE ON THIS LIST?- Customer who fail to make payment within 48hours after a reminder email asking for payment is sent to you when we did not receive your initial payment after confirmation within 24hours. (Procedure: After confirmation --> Payment to be in within 24 hours --> Fail to do so --> Reminder email sent --> Within 48 hours payment still not in --> Blacklisted)
- Immature, childish and irresponsible customers. Customer who give excuse such as, i do not have enough money, parents dont allow me to buy, i'm buying as a present but show my friends they dont like etc etc, all the lame excuses.
- Customers who fails to reply our email. For instance, you leave us a comment saying you are interested in a particular item, after which when we email you, even telling you to reply our email even if passing, and you fail to do so --> Blacklisted. (We will give up to 1 week grace period.)
- Customers who back out on orders also known as customers who canceled their order irregardless of whatever reason after confirming
- Usually when customer negotiate for lower prices, we do give in at least a little but please note, we would not be lowering till ridiculous prices. Customer who backout/canceled their order saying, sorry, i'm tight for cash only able to pay this much etc, or example, customer negotiate for decrease in price: the item cost $24, we gave in to $22, but maybe customer think is still high for them and want even lower but we couldnt give in anymore, and decided to give it a miss --> such behaviour will be blacklisted too.
